What is a Stranger Session?
Having a tough time meeting someone organically? Tired of dating apps? Losing hope on finding your person or new friends? Don’t give up yet.
It’s time to try something new.
If you’re someone who is open to exciting encounters and believe in taking chances, this might be the opportunity you need! Whether you’re here to find your true love, or end up making a great friend - we’re here to create an experience.
How does it work?
We’ve crafted a survey full of questions
that can cultivate connectedness.
You'll fill out our survey and we'll play matchmaker. The more questions you answer, the better chance of a successful match.
We take the time to review your responses and pair you up with someone who can match your energy!
What advice do you have for this kind of session?
We have the following recommendations to have a successful session:
- Get comfortable with being photographed
- You should be someone who is comfortable working around strangers
- Have a positive outlook for any of the possible outcomes from this experience
Share your experience with others! The more we talk about it, the less intimidating it sounds.
Why would I indulge in this experience?
Let’s face it - we're living in a time that is heavily influenced by the connection we have with each other behind screens. Humans are built to share experiences in the presence of each other’s auras.
You might say, "well can’t I go to a public space or event and find my people organically?" Hell yes you can! And you should!
This experience is for those who want to try something new and connect with other humans who you may not have crossed paths with otherwise.
What if my partner doesn't show up?
Reliability is one of the qualities we highlight when signing up for this kind of session. We take the time to screen each participant prior to the session, so we'll get touch base and confirm that there is still interest.
If your partner does not show up, don't worry! You can apply your $75 fee to a discounted portrait session.
We still want you to meet a match. You can let us know if you would like to sign up for another stranger session, or if you opted for portraits, we could give you a shout out on our page.
What are the requirements for a Stranger Session?
- Must be 18 years or older.
- You must share a photo of yourself with us so we know who we are connecting with.
- Part of the experience is sharing the connection on social media - you must agree to having the images and interactions shared on social media and our website.
- You must be able to commit to the chosen date. Currently we only hold sessions on weekends.
- You must be okay with PDA (showing affection and intimate posing such as holding hands, hugging, near-kissing, picking up, etc.).
- Due to the nature of these sessions, fees are non-refundable. Your match depends on your reliability!
